Neospin

Neospin Terms and Conditions

This document is the contract between Neospin Casino and you, the account holder. We have written it in the order an Aussie player actually hits the rules — registration first, bonuses second, banking third, disputes and closure last. Each section opens with a plain-English summary. The full clause text follows so the legal protection still stands. Reading this once saves a long conversation later.

1. Eligibility and Registration

Plain English: You must be an adult Australian resident, registering for yourself, with one account.

1.1 You confirm you are at least 18 years of age at the moment of registration. We verify this through KYC and any account discovered to belong to a minor will be closed and the deposits returned to source.

1.2 You confirm you are an Australian resident and that gambling is legal in your state or territory. You are responsible for understanding the law of your jurisdiction; ours is to honour licensing requirements at the operator level.

1.3 One account per person, household, IP address and payment method. Duplicate accounts trigger AML review and may be closed with deposits returned and any winnings forfeited where there is evidence of bonus abuse.

1.4 You agree to provide accurate identification and proof of address documents, and to keep them current. Withdrawals are blocked until KYC is complete.

2. Account Security and Conduct

Plain English: Your login is yours; protect it; do not collude or cheat.

2.1 You are responsible for safeguarding your password, two-factor token and registered email. Activity from your account is treated as your activity unless there is clear evidence of compromise.

2.2 Two-factor authentication is strongly recommended and may be required for VIP-tier accounts.

2.3 Use of automated tools, bots, multi-account collusion at the same live table, or any exploitation of software faults voids the affected bets and the related account balance, and may result in permanent suspension.

2.4 Sharing accounts is prohibited. If a partner or family member uses your account with your consent, both accounts may be reviewed and the balances investigated.

3. Deposits and Withdrawals

Plain English: Deposit and withdraw with the same verified method first; KYC clears the rest.

3.1 Deposits credit upon confirmation by the relevant payment rail. Failed deposits will be reconciled within five business days.

3.2 Withdrawals are paid to the same method used for deposit where possible. If that is not possible (for example, Neosurf inbound, bank outbound), an alternate method is verified at first use. KYC documents must be complete before the first withdrawal.

3.3 Withdrawal limits are tier-based. Standard accounts are capped at AU$1,500 per day, AU$4,000 per week, AU$15,000 per month. Higher tiers carry higher caps as published on the Banking page. Caps reset at 00:00 AEST.

3.4 Withdrawals exceeding the relevant cap are paid in instalments across consecutive days under AML rules. We do not split a single payment to circumvent caps.

3.5 Reversed withdrawals — where you cancel a pending withdrawal to keep playing — are permitted, but reflect on responsible-gambling indicators. Frequent reversals may trigger an outreach from our welfare team.

4. Bonuses and Promotions

Plain English: Bonuses come with wagering and a max-bet cap. Break the cap, lose the bonus.

4.1 Bonus eligibility is per account. New-player welcome offers are claimable once per household.

4.2 The wagering requirement is published with each bonus. Welcome packages typically require 35x of bonus + deposit. Free spins typically carry 40x on winnings only.

4.3 The maximum permitted bet while bonus wagering is active is AU$5 per spin (and AU$5 of total stake including side bets at live tables). A breach voids the bonus and any winnings derived from it.

4.4 Game weighting toward wagering: pokies 100%, table games 20%, live tables 10%, jackpot pokies excluded. The full table is published in the bonus T&Cs at activation.

4.5 Bonuses expire after the published window (typically 30 days for welcome, 7 days for reload, 3 days for free spins). Unused bonuses on expiry are forfeit.

4.6 We reserve the right to withdraw a promotion from a specific account where there is clear evidence of bonus abuse — patterns such as low-volatility play exclusively during clearance, deposit-and-withdraw cycles without play, or coordinated multi-account behaviour.

5. Game Fairness

Plain English: The games run on certified random outcomes; we cannot tilt them.

5.1 All pokies and table games run on certified Random Number Generators provided by the game studio (Pragmatic Play, BGaming, Hacksaw, Nolimit, Evolution, etc.). The casino does not modify outcomes.

5.2 Return-to-player percentages are set by the game studio and published on each game's information page. House edge is what it is — we cannot make it more or less for an individual account.

5.3 Disputes about game outcome should reference the bet ID. We can pull the round log from the studio and confirm what happened in normally less than 24 hours.

6. Responsible Gambling

Plain English: Use the limits, the time-out, the self-exclusion. They work and they bind us.

6.1 Tools described on the Responsible Gambling page are operational and binding. A self-exclusion period cannot be reversed early.

6.2 We honour the BetStop national register for AU residents. A BetStop registration blocks login at our end as well as at every AU-licensed operator.

6.3 Limit increases enforce a 24-hour cooling-off period. Limit decreases take effect immediately.

7. Privacy

Plain English: See the privacy page; the short version is APP-aligned.

7.1 Personal information is handled per the Privacy Policy, which maps each Australian Privacy Principle (APP 1–13) to a specific Neospin practice.

7.2 Data retention windows for KYC and transaction records align with the AML/CTF Act 2006 (7 years post-closure).

8. Dormant Accounts

Plain English: Six months of silence and we ping you; twelve and the account sleeps.

8.1 An account is "inactive" after 90 days without a login or transaction. We email a reactivation prompt at 180 days.

8.2 An account is "dormant" after 365 days without a login or transaction. Dormant accounts may be charged an administrative fee equal to the lower of AU$5 per month or the remaining balance, applied against the cleared balance only — never bonuses, never below zero.

8.3 To reverse dormancy, log in and complete a refresh KYC step. Any prior administrative fees within the past 60 days are refunded on reactivation.

9. Disputes and Complaints

Plain English: Talk to support first; escalate to Tier 2; final route is the licensee.

9.1 Player disputes are handled first by Customer Support (Tier 1) within 24 hours. Unresolved cases escalate to Tier 2 within 48 hours.

9.2 If the matter remains unresolved after Tier 2, you may file a formal complaint with the licensing authority (Curacao Gaming Control Board), citing the case reference issued by Tier 2.

9.3 We cooperate with independent dispute resolution services where applicable and do not retaliate against players who use them.

10. Account Closure

Plain English: You can close any time; cleared cash returns to your verified method.

10.1 You may close your account at any time from Account Settings or by writing to support. Closure is processed within 24 hours.

10.2 Cleared cash balances are paid to the verified withdrawal method on file. Bonus balances and unwagered bonuses are forfeit on closure.

10.3 We may close an account where required by law, regulator order, AML risk, repeated breach of these terms, or evidence of harm to the player. We always state the reason in writing.

11. Changes to These Terms

Plain English: Changes are flagged seven days ahead.

11.1 We may change these terms from time to time. Material changes are flagged in your account inbox at least seven days before they take effect, with a clear summary at the top of the change-log appendix.

11.2 Continued use of the account after a change takes effect constitutes acceptance. If you do not accept a change, you may close the account before the effective date with no penalty.

12. Governing Law and Licence

This site is operated under the gambling licence issued by the Curacao Gaming Control Board. These terms are governed by the laws of the licensing jurisdiction. Australian law applies to consumer protection matters where mandatory under the Australian Consumer Law.
